This is a full-time front-line leadership role responsible for overseeing daily manufacturing operations within the NMR production area. This position ensures safe, efficient, and high-quality production while meeting customer requirements and On-Time Delivery (OTD) targets. The Supervisor provides direct oversight of production employees and leads, coordinates daily activities, resolves operational issues, and drives performance in alignment with plant goals. The role will also support the continued development of NMR automation, Kanban, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Salary Range: $75,000 - $85,000
