Job summary

The Judge Group seeks a seasoned production leader to direct a large night-shift crew in a USDA-compliant facility, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency. You’ll drive continuous improvement and collaborate across departments to meet demanding production goals.

You must have strong leadership in a USDA processing environment and a track record of achieving customer specifications while maintaining sanitation and QA standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required (Associates or BA a plus)
• 2+ years in a USDA processing facility (RTE/RTC experience preferred)
• 2+ years as a Production Supervisor or 4+ years as a Production Lead
• USDA experience required
• HACCP experience required (Certification a plus)
• Union experience is a plus

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise 30+ hourly employees on the night shift (4 PM–2 AM).
• Ensure daily production goals are met safely and efficiently.
• Enforce safety procedures and compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Guarantee USDA and customer specifications are consistently achieved.
• Ensure sanitation standards are met across all production areas.
• Follow QA guidelines to deliver high‑quality finished products.
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve issues and optimize resources.
• Report directly to the Shift Superintendent.

Compensation & Perks

• Earn up to $80,000-$90,000 total (salary+extra pay+bonus) in your first year, depending on experience

What You’ll Do
