Job summary

The Judge Group is seeking a seasoned production leader for a USDA-regulated facility in Lake Crystal, MN. You will lead a large night-shift team (4 PM–2 AM), drive safety, quality, and production goals, and ensure compliance with USDA standards while coordinating with cross-functional teams.

Ideal candidates bring leadership experience in a USDA processing environment, HACCP knowledge, and a strong track record of delivering high-quality finished products in high-demand settings.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a USDA processing facility (further processing or RTE experience preferred).
• High School Diploma/GED required; Associate or Bachelor's Degree a plus.
• USDA experience and HACCP knowledge required; certification a plus.
• Union experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise 30+ hourly employees on the night shift, 4 PM–2 AM.
• Ensure daily production goals are met safely and efficiently.
• Enforce safety procedures and regulatory compliance.
• Guarantee USDA and customer specifications are consistently achieved.
• Ensure sanitation standards are met across all production areas.
• Follow QA guidelines to deliver high-quality finished products.
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve issues and optimize resources.
• Report directly to the Shift Superintendent.

• Earn up to $80,000-$90,000 total (salary+extra pay+bonus) in your first year, depending on experience

What You’ll Do
