We are seeking a dedicated Production Supervisor for the night shift in the 2nd processing area. The role involves training employees, planning and scheduling resources, managing performance, and promoting safety and quality standards.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Train employees and foster an environment for optimal performance.
• Plan and schedule manpower, materials, and equipment efficiently.
• Manage employee performance with positive and corrective feedback.
• Encourage communication and involvement within the team.
• Collaborate on quality improvement, cost reduction, and equipment maintenance initiatives.
• Promote safety in the work area.

Basic Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years supervisory experience.
• Experience in the poultry or food industry is a plus.
• Leadership experience with teams of 20 or more employees.
• Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
• Ability to make independent decisions.
