Key Responsibilities
  • Train employees and foster an environment for achieving maximum quality and productivity.
  • Plan and schedule manpower, materials, products, and machines to optimize departmental efficiency, safety, quality, and employee satisfaction.
  • Manage employee performance with positive and corrective feedback.
  • Promote goodwill through proactive communication and employee involvement.
  • Collaborate with other departments to investigate quality improvements, cost reductions, method improvements, yield control, and equipment maintenance, offering suggestions.
  • Ensure safety protocols are followed in the work area.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience.
  • Experience in poultry or the food industry is a plus.
