What’s involved in this role:

We are seeking a Production Supervisor in Jerome, Idaho.

• Oversee daily operations of all production lines and systems.
• Perform sanitation tasks based on plant regulatory reports as needed.
• Maintain and troubleshoot equipment, production, and packaging issues, involving maintenance, quality, or inventory teams as necessary.
• Ensure proper handling of In-Process samples.
• Review paperwork, legal charts, and chemical concentrations.
• Keep products moving efficiently through the system.
• Ensure employees follow procedures, work safely, and produce quality products. Assist in safety, quality, and productivity improvements.
• Follow up on Good Manufacturing Practices or audit items.
• Communicate issues to next shift supervisor.
• Prepare for audits and communicate important information to staff.
• Attend meetings and ensure appropriate staffing, acting as backup as needed.
• Monitor employee breaks and review payroll time cards and timesheets.
• Schedule rotation: 2-2-3; Hours: 4p-4a

What you need to join our team:

• Minimum three (3) years manufacturing experience.
• Preferred: experience in dairy and/or food production.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Equivalent education and experience may be considered.
