Job summary

Foxconn Assembly, LLC in Texas is seeking a production supervisor to guide manufacturing teams toward on-time delivery and quality. You will supervise, train, schedule, resolve issues, and ensure adherence to safety, SOPs, and housekeeping practices.

The role requires strong communication, problem solving, and experience with Excel, SAP, and Oracle. A High School diploma is required with supervisory experience in manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Lead production personnel by providing supervision and training, scheduling work, resolving problems, and providing direction, discipline and evaluations.
• Identify staffing needs, interview, and recommend employee selection.
• Work toward the achievement of department, site, and company goals in production, quality, and other standards.
• Monitor and report daily production results, such as downtime, efficiencies, material shortage, and waste.
• Interact with other internal functional departments, such as Quality and Engineering, to solve issues and improve productivity.
• Ensure compliance to standards such as time and attendance, safety, SOP, and housekeeping practices.
• Apply expertise in resolving problems associated with production and procedures.
• Participate in productivity improvement projects.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
