Job summary

Foxconn Assembly, LLC is seeking a Production Supervisor to guide and supervise manufacturing personnel to meet on‑time, quality standards.

You will train staff, schedule work, resolve issues, and monitor daily metrics while ensuring safety and compliance with SOPs. The role collaborates with Quality and Engineering to drive productivity improvements and achieve site goals.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance to standards such as time and attendance, safety, SOP (standard operating procedures), and housekeeping practices.
• Apply expertise in resolving problems associated with production and procedures.
• Participate in productivity improvement projects.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience:

• High School diploma required, Associate’s degree or equivalent preferred.
• 2 years’ experience in a supervisory role required.
• 2 years’ experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
