Job summary

Regenity Biosciences in Allendale, NJ seeks a Manufacturing Supervisor to support daily GMP-regulated medical device production, ensuring safe, compliant, and efficient output across mixed manufacturing lines. You will oversee product lines, drive SQDC performance, and coordinate with crossfunctional teams to sustain quality systems.

The role requires strong problem solving, team leadership, and hands-on oversight of floor activities with regular communication to the Production Manager.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma (or GED) with 5 years medical device experience, OR 4 years medical device experience and AAS degree, OR 2 years’ experience and a BS degree, OR a master’s degree in the biological sciences with 1 year of experience.
  • Ability to follow written and oral instructions with minimal supervision and execute within established procedures.
  • Ability to identify problems, perform root cause analysis, and implement effective solutions.
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment and model professional, accountable, and respectful behavior.
  • Ability to drive execution against production targets, including yield performance and scrap reduction.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including timely escalation of issues and clear crossfunctional coordination.

  • This position serves as a leader of product line leads and provides direct oversight of operators where applicable, focused on building strong, accountable teams and maintaining effective communication on the manufacturing floor and with crossfunctional partners.
  • The Manufacturing Supervisor reinforces standard work, escalates issues as needed, and helps sustain continuous improvement efforts through clear feedback loops and daytoday execution.
  • The role ensures timely communication and escalation of production, quality, and personnel issues to the Production Manager to support rapid decisionmaking and maintain operational continuity.
