Qualifications

• 4 years or BA/BS with 2 years direct line supervisory experience in an industrial environment.
• Knowledge of medical components, ISO/cGMP and FDA regulations.
• Equivalent on-the-job training may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Maximize resource utilization to meet production schedules and due dates.
• Balance throughput by scheduling resources and equipment to meet goals.
• Improve safety, quality and production processes while complying with ISO/GMP/FDA.
• Provide training and coaching on GMP, quality and product knowledge.
• Lead department to ensure effective communication and performance.
• Maintain floor stock inventory and support budgeting and variances.
• Collaborate with Eng, Materials and QA to meet throughput and budget.
• Foster a fair, challenging environment and address employee concerns.
