A leading medical device manufacturing company is seeking a Production Supervisor to oversee daily operations and support a high performing manufacturing team. This leadership role reports to the Manufacturing Manager and focuses on coaching employees, improving processes, and maintaining quality standards.

Strong people skills, adaptability, and the ability to stay calm under pressure are key to success in this role.

Production Supervisor Responsibilities

• Oversee daily production activities to meet quality, safety, and productivity goals.
• Coach, train, and support manufacturing leads, trainers, and production employees.
• Troubleshoot production challenges and make quick, effective decisions.
• Collaborate with engineering, quality, and operations teams to improve processes.
• Ensure compliance with manufacturing procedures, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.

Production Supervisor Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience in manufacturing or a similar fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and coaching skills with the ability to adapt to different learning styles.
• Ability to stay calm under pressure, multitask, and make confident decisions.
• Strong problem-solving, organizational, and team-building skills.
• Medical device manufacturing, cleanroom, or regulated industry experience preferred.

Location: Tempe, AZ Pay: $85,000–$95,000 Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 5:00 AM–4:00 PM OT may be required on occasional Fridays
