What’s a typical day as a Production Supervisor - Material Handling? You’ll be:

• Supervising 15-35 hourly UAW employees across all aspects of operation, including Inbound, Outbound, Cross-Dock, and Inventory.
• Delivering on key objectives such as Safety Metrics, Quality Metrics, Inventory Accuracy, and Process Improvements.
• Championing a strong UAW relationship by applying the CompanyContract and motivating the workforce as required.
