J.W. Williams Inc, a Westerman, Inc. company, is seeking a Production Supervisor to oversee daily manufacturing activities in Casper, WY.

You will train and evaluate staff, maintain schedules, and assist in meeting safety, quality, and production goals while expediting orders through the plant. The ideal candidate will be highly analytical, with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Qualifications

• High school or equivalent required; supportive technical training a plus.
• Demonstrated leadership and organizational abilities are essential.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot production and personnel issues in a manufacturing setting.
• Proficiency with MS Word and MS Excel is expected; Epicor experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in development, training, evaluation, and scheduling of employees in the area.
• Assist supervisor to achieve daily and monthly safety, quality, accuracy, and production goals.
• Expedite work orders through manufacturing; ensure accurate production reporting and resource optimization.
• Record daily attendance and submit payroll reports; assist in safety investigations and reporting.
• Conduct pre-shift meetings; delegate daily assignments and maintain training records.
