Manufacturing Supervisor – CNC Department (Machining, Grinding, Honing)
(Weekday Shift Transitioning to Weekend Shift)

AMBAC International is looking for aManufacturing Supervisorto lead ourCNC, machining, grinding, and honing areas. This is ahands-on leadership rolewhere you’ll be responsible forkeeping production running smoothly, mentoring employees, and ensuring high-quality output.

This role starts as aweekday shift(Monday-Thursday, 10-hour days) and will transition to aweekend shift(Friday-Sunday, 12-hour days). We need someone excited aboutleading a team, improving processes, and fostering a culture of accountability and teamwork.

What You’ll Do:
•Lead andmotivate a teamof machinists, grinders, and technicians to meet production goals.
•Lead,train, coach, and develop the teamin CNC machining, grinding, and honing.
•Focus on results— fix problems, maintain high quality, and ensure efficiency.
•Continuous Improvement, using Open Book/Great Game and Lean Manufacturing principles.
•Solve problemson the shop floor.
•Ensurea safe, clean, and organized work environmentthat meets all safety regulations.

What We’re Looking For:
• 5+ yearsof experience in amanufacturing environment, withat least 1 year in a leadership role.
•Experience withCNC machining, grinding, honing, or related processespreferred.
•Strong leadership skills—someone who cancoach, support, and inspiretheir team.
•Excellent communication skillsand the ability to work across departments.
•Knowledge ofLean Manufacturing, 5S, and continuous improvementpreferred.
•High school diploma or equivalent required;technical training, associate’s, or bachelor’s degree preferred.
