Job summary

AHU Technologies Inc. is seeking a hands-on Production Supervisor/Manager to lead meltblown manufacturing operations.

You will oversee day-to-day production activities, ensuring safety, quality, efficiency and target achievement on the shop floor. The ideal candidate has strong manufacturing leadership experience, problem-solving and communication skills, and hands-on meltblown experience is highly preferred.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in manufacturing/production.
• 1–5+ years supervising production teams.
• Meltblown or nonwoven manufacturing experience preferred.
• U.S. citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise production floor employees, including operators, technicians, and support staff.
• Oversee meltblown line operations, including setup, process optimization, troubleshooting, and maintenance coordination.
• Drive production efficiency, minimize downtime, and improve output and product quality.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Manage production reporting, shift scheduling, inventory, documentation, and performance tracking.
• Train, mentor, and develop production team members.
• Collaborate with Maintenance, Quality, and Engineering teams to resolve production issues.
• Identify and implement process improvements to increase productivity and operational performance.
• Maintain a safe, organized, and accountable production environment.

Position Overview

We are seeking a hands-on and experienced Production Supervisor/Manager to lead meltblown manufacturing operations. This position will oversee day-to-day production activities while ensuring safety, quality, efficiency, and production targets are consistently achieved.

The ideal candidate will have strong manufacturing experience, proven production leadership skills, and excellent problem-solving and communication abilities. Hands-on meltblown experience is highly preferred.

• Must be comfortable working hands-on on the production floor.
