Job summary

AHU Technologies Inc is seeking a hands-on and experienced Production Supervisor/Manager to lead meltblown manufacturing operations on the production floor. You will oversee day-to-day activities, ensuring safety, quality, efficiency, and production targets are consistently met.

The ideal candidate has strong manufacturing leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills, with hands-on meltblown or nonwoven experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Hands-on leadership in manufacturing and production operations.
• Experience supervising or managing production teams (1–5+ years).
• Meltblown or nonwoven manufacturing background preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise production floor employees including operators and technicians.
• Oversee meltblown line operations including setup, optimization, troubleshooting, and maintenance coordination.
• Drive production efficiency, reduce downtime, and improve quality.
• Ensure safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.
• Manage reporting, scheduling, inventory, and performance tracking.
• Train and develop production staff and collaborate with maintenance, quality, and engineering.
• Identify and implement process improvements to boost productivity.

Position Overview

We are seeking a hands-on and experienced Production Supervisor/Manager to lead meltblown manufacturing operations. This position will oversee day-to-day production activities while ensuring safety, quality, efficiency, and production targets are consistently achieved.

The ideal candidate will have strong manufacturing experience, proven production leadership skills, and excellent problem-solving and communication abilities. Hands-on meltblown experience is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise production floor employees, including operators, technicians, and support staff.
• Oversee meltblown line operations, including setup, process optimization, troubleshooting, and maintenance coordination.
• Drive production efficiency, minimize downtime, and improve output and product quality.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Manage production reporting, shift scheduling, inventory, documentation, and performance tracking.
• Train, mentor, and develop production team members.
• Monitor production performance and address issues affecting safety, quality, efficiency, or output.
• Collaborate with Maintenance, Quality, and Engineering teams to resolve production issues.
• Identify and implement process improvements to increase productivity and operational performance.
• Maintain a safe, organized, and accountable production environment.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience in manufacturing/production is essential.
• 1–5+ years of experience supervising or managing production teams.
• Meltblown or nonwoven manufacturing experience highly preferred.
• Strong technical understanding of manufacturing processes and production equipment.
• Experience with production line setup, troubleshooting, and process optimization.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Strong leadership, communication, and team-development skills.
• Ability to prioritize production, safety, quality, and operational requirements.
• Must be comfortable working hands-on on the production floor.
• U.S. citizenship required.
