Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of Malthouse and Elevator Operations, including coverage for the Process Manager and Elevator Supervisor.
• Supervise malt production personnel with direction, coordination, and evaluation.
• Train employees and plan, assign, and direct work while appraising performance.
• Enforce plant operating rules, safety rules, and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor malting process and address quality issues or production delays.
