Job summary

Qualifications

• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to coach staff.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and ABS/AS400.
• Experience leading manufacturing or warehouse teams and KPI management.
• Familiarity with ISO 9001 quality standards.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety, staffing, quality, delivery, cost, and continuous improvement for the value stream.
• Report to the Production Manager and supervise a team of skilled associates.
• Prepare annual department budget and monitor results monthly.
• Coordinate with HR, Safety, Industrial Engineering, Quality and Engineering groups.
• Drive productivity through process improvement and operator engagement using the MSA Operating System.
