You will develop teams, apply lean methods, and collaborate with Planning, Quality, Maintenance, Shipping, and Engineering to solve problems and improve throughput. The role requires 3–5 years of supervisory experience in manufacturing and a related degree; bilingual ability is a plus.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or higher in Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or related field preferred.
• 3–5 years supervisory experience in a manufacturing setting.
• Lean or Six Sigma certification preferred.
• Experience with ERP systems and production reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team with accountability and safety.
• Empower team members to ownership, problem-solving, and continuous learning.
• Execute daily production activities to meet schedules and quality targets.
• Apply Lean and Six Sigma to reduce waste and improve efficiency.
• Ensure proper setup and operation of cutting equipment for precision.
• Collaborate with Planning, Quality, Maintenance, Shipping, and Engineering to optimize workflow.
• Track KPIs, analyze variances, and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain safety compliance and SOPs across the plant.
