Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop production teams focused on safety, quality, productivity, delivery, and continuous improvement.
• Plan and execute the production schedule while directing the hourly workforce.
• Communicate daily production plans, priorities, targets, and performance expectations to employees.
• Promote a positive, professional, safe workplace culture.
• Drive 5S and continuous improvement initiatives throughout the production area.
