Job summary

ERMCO Electric Research and Manufacturing Cooperative, Inc. is seeking a Department Supervisor to oversee day-to-day production on three shifts at our Celina, TN plant. This on-site role focuses on safety, quality, productivity, and continuous improvement while managing hourly staff and coordinating with HR and the General Manager.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years in a manufacturing or production environment.
• Minimum of 3 years supervisory or frontline leadership experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop high-performing production teams focused on safety, quality, productivity, delivery, and continuous improvement.
• Plan and execute the production schedule while directing and allocating the hourly workforce.
• Communicate daily production plans, priorities, targets, and performance expectations to employees.
• Prioritize and manage shift workload to meet objectives.
• Maintain a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with safety policies.
