Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Prior experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
• Ability to work flexible/rotating shifts.
• Preferred: Bachelor’s degree and knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, and manufacturing systems.

Responsibilities

• Ensure materials shipped meet quality specifications and customer requirements.
• Hold your team accountable for producing high-quality products.
• Ensure adherence to standard operating procedures and process settings.
• Monitor and verify completion of process checks, inspections, and system documentation.
• Follow up on scrap RCFA and quality hold events to ensure resolution.
• Plan ahead to ensure smooth shift transitions and operational continuity.
• Ensure operator maintenance tasks are completed on time.
• Identify and implement process and maintenance improvements.
• Schedule and manage crew activities to optimize efficiency and control costs.
• Lead and support training, cross-training, and skill development of team members.
