The role emphasizes data‑driven decision making, continuous improvement, and collaboration with the union and management to raise efficiency and product quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 3–7+ years of supervisory/manufacturing experience.
• Ability to work rotating shifts, including nights and weekends.
• Experience with Lean / Six Sigma or Military Decision-Making Process (MDMP) is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Champion workplace safety and enforce regulations.
• Lead a team to meet production targets and improve quality.
• Prioritize tasks and allocate resources for efficiency.
