Job summary

INA Solution in Fargo, ND is seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to lead manufacturing operations. You will oversee daily production, coach frontline leaders, and drive improvements in productivity, quality, and on‑time delivery.

The role requires 3–5 years of leadership experience in manufacturing, with knowledge of Lean, root cause analysis, and process optimization. A BS in a related field is preferred, with relocation support available for qualified candidates.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years manufacturing leadership experience.
• Experience as Production Supervisor, Manufacturing Supervisor, or Production Team Leader.
• Strong understanding of production workflows, quality control, and process improvement.
• Experience with Lean manufacturing, root cause analysis, and problem‑solving.
• Proven ability to coach teams, make decisions, and improve productivity.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily production operations to meet safety, quality, and delivery targets.
• Lead, coach, and develop production leads to improve team performance.
• Optimize production workflows, balance workloads, and eliminate bottlenecks.
• Identify root causes of defects and reduce scrap and rework.
• Implement Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Monitor production metrics and drive operational efficiency.
• Promote accountability, teamwork, and a strong safety culture.
• Ensure customer requirements and on‑time delivery commitments are met.
