Job summary

Allmand, a Generac Company, is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead a manufacturing shift and coordinate with Planning, Purchasing, Materials, and Quality to meet on-time delivery. You will drive lean improvements, supervise staff, and develop personnel while ensuring safety and policy compliance.

The role requires an Associate degree or equivalent with 2+ years in team leadership or operations. SAP/ERP experience is preferred and familiarity with MS Office is beneficial.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 2 years of experience leading teams, developing people or organizing tasks.
• Preferred: SAP or ERP systems (Oracle, JD Edwards, Microsoft Dynamics) and Microsoft Office.
• Experience as a team lead or leading project teams in an operational environment.

Responsibilities

• Direct the department to ensure safe, timely, and efficient manufacturing schedules.
• Supervise and coordinate activities of production employees.
• Provide manufacturing information by compiling, initiating, sorting and analyzing production data.
• Ensure all personnel adhere to policies and safety reports.
• Coach and develop staff, set expectations, and manage performance.
