Job summary

Allmand, a Generac Company, is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead a production shift and coordinate with Planning, Purchasing, Materials, Ops Engineering, Quality and Facilities to achieve on-time, cost-effective results. You will drive safety, productivity, and continuous improvement while coaching staff and aligning with lean manufacturing goals.

The role requires an Associate’s degree or equivalent experience and at least 2 years of team leadership.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 2 years of experience leading teams, developing people or organizing tasks.
• Experience using SAP or equivalent ERP systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct the department to ensure safe, timely, and efficient completion of manufacturing schedules.
• Supervise and coordinate activities of assigned production employees.
• Provide manufacturing information by compiling and analyzing production data and reports.
• Coach and develops staff; set clear expectations and manage performance.
• Drive lean manufacturing initiatives and continuous improvement.
