Qualifications

• 2+ years of food manufacturing experience.
• 1+ years of leadership of production teams in manufacturing environments.
• Expert knowledge of USDA/FSIS regulatory standards, HACCP, and GMPs.

Responsibilities

• Drive overall operational excellence, throughput, labor efficiency, and equipment utilization across high-speed slicing and packaging lines.
• Monitor and optimize key KPIs including yields, giveaway reduction, OEE, downtime, and first-pass quality.
• Maintain strict adherence to USDA/FSIS regulations, HACCP, GMP, SSOP, and audit readiness while preserving cold-chain integrity.
• Coach, mentor, and build high-performing production teams, fostering safety and continuous improvement.
