Job summary

Associated Materials Innovations is seeking a Manufacturing Production Supervisor to lead daily production operations, ensuring safety, quality, efficiency, and on-time delivery. You will oversee hourly staff, manage workflow, and partner with maintenance, engineering, quality, and supply chain to sustain an efficient manufacturing environment.

This role supports development for future operations leaders and emphasizes Lean/CI principles, documented shift reporting, and strong leadership within

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 2+ years of manufacturing experience (internships ok).
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, metrics and workflow optimization.
• Demonstrated leadership, communication, problem solving and decision-making skills.
• Working knowledge of OSHA and quality compliance standards/systems.
• Proficiency with ERP/MRP systems and Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily production activities to meet safety, quality, delivery, and cost goals.
• Monitor KPIs such as throughput, scrap, downtime, labor efficiency, and OEE.
• Ensure adherence to production schedules and adjust assignments as needed.
• Maintain shift reports and production records; coordinate with maintenance, engineering, quality and supply chain.
• Apply Lean, Six Sigma, or 5S to optimize workflow and reduce waste.
