Qualifications

• Must have 5+ years in production supervision within an industrial manufacturing environment.
• Experience with lean, Six Sigma or Kaizen approaches.
• Strong leadership and training skills.
• Ability to plan and organize production to meet objectives.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.

Responsibilities

• Plan and organize production to maximize productivity.
• Communicate production goals to team members and ensure alignment.
• Assign responsibilities and prepare work schedules; ensure staffing.
• Identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements.
• Conduct performance reviews and report progress.
• Support and implement performance improvement plans (PIPs).
• Ensure preventive and emergency repairs are completed promptly.
• Promote 5S in the production area and maintain organization.
• Inspect work for quality and safety compliance.
• Ensure safe use of equipment and schedule maintenance.
