Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum four years of experience on a manufacturing shop floor.
• Experience leading teams on the shop floor and meeting production schedules.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications.

Responsibilities

• Lead various teams across the manufacturing facility and lead by example.
• Assist with tasks to complete assignments and meet production goals.
• Train and motivate staff to meet demanding production requirements and schedules.
• Step into multiple positions as needed and maintain safety and accountability.
• Test products/equipment for defects and malfunctions.
• Communicate changes and updates to processes and procedures.
