48forty Solutions in Henderson, CO is seeking a Production Supervisor to work with Plant management, develop the site crew, and ensure smooth, efficient operations. The role pays $25/hour with Monday–Friday, 8:00am–6:00pm shifts and opportunities for overtime.

You’ll lead a small production team, uphold safety and quality standards, and support customer service when needed. Qualified candidates have a High School diploma or GED, 2–3 years in a warehouse or similar facility, and proven

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED required.
2-3 years of experience in a Warehouse or similar facility.
Demonstrated experience leading a team.
Ability to communicate with Plant management team effectively on a regular basis.

Responsibilities

Enforce safety standards, achieve production goals, and maintain quality standards.
Provide leadership and mentorship to the production function of the site.
Perform pallet sort, light pallet repair, forklift operation and customer service duties.
Lead production and provide customer support when necessary.
Work overtime as needed or swing shifts at times.
