Job summary

48forty Solutions in Henderson, CO is seeking a Production Supervisor to partner with plant management, develop the production team, and ensure daily operations run safely and efficiently.

You will lead the shift, enforce safety and quality standards, and coordinate pallet handling and customer service duties. The role requires a High School Diploma, 2–3 years in a warehouse, and proven leadership experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2-3 years of experience in a Warehouse or similar facility.
• Demonstrated experience leading a team.
• Ability to communicate with Plant management team effectively on a regular basis.

As a Production Supervisor, you'll get to work closely with Plant management in developing all plant personnel and ensure operations runs smoothly and efficiently! We're looking for someone who is ready to take their experience in a similar industry and grow!

Hourly Pay:

$25.00/hr.

Shift(s):

Monday - Friday 8:00am - 6:00pm

What You'll Do
