48forty Solutions LLC is seeking a Production Supervisor in Henderson, CO to work closely with plant management and develop the production team for smooth, efficient operations.

The role offers hourly pay of $25.00 with a Monday–Friday schedule and potential overtime. You’ll lead the production function, ensure safety and quality, and provide customer support while contributing to a strong team environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2-3 years of experience in a warehouse or similar facility.
• Demonstrated experience leading a team.
• Ability to communicate effectively with Plant management.

Overview

As a Production Supervisor, you'll get to work closely with Plant management in developing all plant personnel and ensure operations runs smoothly and efficiently! We're looking for someone who is ready to take their experience in a similar industry and grow!

Hourly Pay:

$25.00/hr.

Shift(s):

Monday - Friday 8:00am - 6:00pm

What You'll Do

• Ability to work in extreme conditions to include, but not limited to, elements, heat, cold, and air particulate
