Marvin is seeking a Production Supervisor in Warroad, MN to oversee manufacturing operations and drive production and quality goals in a safe environment. Responsibilities include coaching teams, improving processes, and ensuring on-time schedules while maintaining high safety standards.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of progressive supervisory experience in manufacturing, proficiency with ERP and MS Office, and strong communication skills.

Competenze

• 3–5 years of progressive management/supervisor/lead experience (preferably in a manufacturing environment).
• Ability to work with ERP and Microsoft programs.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Lead and develop department leadership and employees through day-to-day coaching.
• Promote continuous improvement by encouraging problem solving within the team.
• Ensure safety, quality, and adherence to production schedules and budgets.
• Oversee crew scheduling and resource allocation on daily, weekly, and monthly horizons.
• Investigate safety incidents and implement corrective actions promptly.
• Maintain equipment and processes to meet quality standards.
