Marvin is seeking a Production Supervisor to oversee a manufacturing department, driving production schedules, quality goals, and a safe work environment. You will lead a team, coach staff, and collaborate with leadership to optimize crewing and resource allocation daily, weekly, and monthly.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of progressive management/supervisor/lead experience in manufacturing.
• Ability to work with ERP and Microsoft programs and other office-based tech.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a proactive approach to coaching.

• Meet or exceed production schedules with effective crew and resources.
• Lead department leadership and employees to achieve production and quality goals.
• Maintain a safe working environment and address safety hazards promptly.
