Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal skills with coaching and mentoring ability.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Positive attitude with ability to hold others accountable for actions and attitudes.
• 3–5 years of progressive management/supervisor/lead experience in manufacturing.
• Ability to work with ERP and Microsoft programs.

Responsibilities

• Develop department leadership and employees through day-to-day coaching and feedback.
• Foster continuous improvement by encouraging problem solving at the cell level.
• Establish a culture of accountability and address counterproductive behaviors.
• Ensure opportunities for job rotation, cross-training and development.
• Meet/exceed production schedules with optimal crew and resources daily, weekly, monthly.
• Maintain a safe working environment; investigate incidents and rectify hazards.
• Maintain high standards of processes and products per quality objectives.
• Work with leads and employees to ensure equipment meets specifications.
