Job summary

MasterBrand Cabinets LLC seeks a manufacturing supervisor to oversee operations in assigned areas, ensuring production schedules and quality targets are met. You will supervise staff, enforce policies, and drive safety and efficiency across shifts.

The role requires 3–6 years of supervisory manufacturing experience, strong leadership and communication skills, and the ability to read drawings and work with CNC equipment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3-6 years supervisory experience preferred in manufacturing.
• Strong leadership, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to read drawings and understand measurements.
• Knowledge of CNC equipment and wood component finishing is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervises activities and personnel in manufacturing within assigned department and shift.
• Interprets, applies, and enforces policies, programs, rules, and safety rules.
