Job summary

Flex-Tec Inc. in Byromville, GA is seeking a Production Supervisor to oversee the production line, manage staff, and ensure safety and quality standards are met while achieving production targets.

The ideal candidate has a High School diploma with 5 years in a similar role, preferably with wire harness fabrication experience and manufacturing industry background; strong communication and leadership skills are essential. Reports to the Plant Manager and supports continuous improvement efforts.

Qualifications

• High School diploma required, college degree in a business-related field desired.
• 5 years’ experience in a similar position.
• Experience in the wire harness fabrication process, preferred.
• Experience within the manufacturing industry, preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, and strong research and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the production process and line, ensuring quality and safety standards.
• Manage and develop production staff to meet targets and labor efficiency.
• Ensure on-time delivery, scrap reduction, productivity, and quality metrics.
• Train employees on procedures, safety standards, and production methods.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives and address nonconformities.
• Collaborate with Plant Manager and other departments to align priorities.
