Job summary

Qualifications

• 2+ years in assembly/manufacturing with supervisory experience.
• Mechanical proficiency with hand tools.
• Project management experience.
• Data collection and analysis proficiency.
• Ability to read engineering drawings and schematics.
• Strong leadership and time management skills.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Improve safety for personnel on production lines.
• Decrease production errors, improve quality, boost efficiency.
• Adhere to production schedules and supervise progress.
• Report results through shift production summaries.
• Conduct training programs based on production needs.
• Perform annual employee performance evaluations.
• Maintain relations with local union per bargaining agreement.
• Liaise between Manufacturing and Engineering teams.
• Support measurement and documentation of processes.
• Drive continuous improvement projects.
• Support digitalization with Digital Work Instructions and dashboards.
