Job summary

LG Energy Solution Arizona is seeking a Manufacturing Operator or experienced hourly Team Leader to join a high-performance production team. You will operate and maintain manufacturing equipment, mentor operators, and ensure quality and efficiency.

You will work with Maintenance, Engineering and QA to troubleshoot issues and drive continuous improvement in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include training, issue resolution with OCAPs, documentation, MRB handling, multi-tool operation,

Qualifications

High School diploma or GED required.
At least 3 years' production experience in a manufacturing facility with automated or semi-automated equipment.
Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles (5S, 6-Sigma) required.
Ability to analyze and troubleshoot equipment/process issues and implement short- to mid-term solutions.

Responsibilities

Train and mentor operators on operations in assigned area and shift.
Collaborate with Equipment Maintenance, Engineering and QA to resolve production issues and implement OCAPs.
Complete documentation and record-keeping on time to ensure quality compliance.
Manage non-conforming materials per MRB process including identification, containment and disposition.
Operate multiple tools to support a smooth production process.
Respond to process or equipment issues, conduct initial investigations and initiate basic OCAPs.
