Job description

• Provide direct supervision and leadership in our Packaging Department during evening hours (hybrid shift), 5 PM – 1 AM
• Collaborate closely with area supervisors, 2nd and 3rd shift production personnel, managers, and engineers to address personnel and technical concerns, resolve issues, and drive positive results
• Primary responsibility is to ensure operational safety, quality standards, and production output targets are achieved
• Provide daily feedback to management concerning operational performance and opportunities
• Responsible for ensuring compliance with operational standards and safety procedures
• Complete additional tasks as assigned by the management team
