• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 5+ years in manufacturing, operations, technical, or engineering.
• Experience in regulated manufacturing or quality management system.
• Strong problem-solving, organizational and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and develop manufacturing employees in assembly, integration, and testing.
• Plan daily production activities to meet safety, quality, delivery and productivity targets.
• Ensure activities follow procedures, drawings, specs, safety and quality systems.
• Support root cause analysis and CAPA and drive continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain to maintain flow.
