Job summary

You will monitor KPIs, collaborate with the Production Manager, and ensure on-time shipments while keeping quality and cost in check. Strong ERP and office software skills are required, with a track record of improving production methods.

Qualifications

• 5+ years as Production Leader/Shop Leader in manufacturing.
• Strong analytical skills and KPI interpretation.
• Proficient with ERP and assembly management software.
• Excellent problem-solving and work ethic.
• Ability to define and adhere to production processes.

Responsibilities

• Balance safety, quality, productivity, cost, and morale while improving all areas.
• Provide leadership and supervision to achieve high employee performance.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Maintain a well-organized TPS-based manufacturing environment.
• Record KPIs and report daily; summarize results at shift end.
• Coach and develop employees; resolve issues through problem solving.
• Perform performance appraisals and give real-time feedback.
• Coordinate with upstream departments to meet customer shipments.
• Manage production support systems with accurate scrap/inventory data.
