Job summary

Ace Precision Machining Llc in Wisconsin is seeking a hands-on Production Supervisor to motivate and guide a manufacturing team on a busy shop floor. You will coach employees, optimize processes, and ensure products meet quality and safety standards.

This role requires an associate degree and at least three years of supervisory experience; you will partner with Production Control to schedule work and drive continuous improvement, while upholding a strong safety culture.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Manufacturing, Business, or related field; 3+ years supervisory experience.
• Experience leading a production team and driving continuous improvement.
