Job summary

Ace Precision Machining is seeking a Manufacturing Support/General Labor team member to help keep production running smoothly by supporting a variety of hands-on manufacturing activities. You will perform tasks across buffing, deburring, forming, assembling, packing, and part handling.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, a willingness to learn, and a safety-first mindset. Prior manufacturing experience is helpful but not required; training and mentorship are provided.

Responsibilities

• Support production teams with daily tasks that keep work flowing efficiently.
• Perform hands-on operations such as buffing, sandblasting, deburring, hand grinding, assembling, planishing, forming, tumbling, part washing, and part marking.
• Deliver tools, materials, and parts to the appropriate workstations.
• Inspect and sort parts to ensure they meet company quality standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Work collaboratively with teammates to produce high-quality products you can be proud to put your name on.
