Job summary

Cambria is seeking a production supervisor in Minnesota to learn all elements of the Soft Line daily production and work activity. You will eventually oversee safety, quality, and production while using systems to drive strategic decisions.

You will shadow leadership, coach employees, track performance, and help manage line improvements with management guidance. Proficiency with Oracle/MaintainX and strong English skills are required.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• 3-5+ years in manufacturing and leadership demonstrated.
• Experience with Oracle/Tableau and metric-based software.

Responsibilities

• Learn and apply employee coaching to maximize team performance.
• Assist in daily task assignment and communicate expectations.
• Maintain operational records for performance and attendance.
• Support shift transitions and detailed documentation.
• Enforce safety and SOP compliance, including LOTO.
• Contribute to line improvement and continuous improvement projects.
• Assist in covering breaks and perform general production duties.
• Monitor inventory levels for raw materials and finished goods.
