Job summary

Cambria is seeking a Production Supervisor In-Training at our Le Sueur, MN site. You will learn all elements of the daily production for the Soft Line team and eventually oversee safety, quality and production using metrics to guide decisions.

The role requires 3–5+ years of manufacturing experience and proven leadership, with proficiency in Oracle/Tableau and MS Office. Onsite work, with a strong emphasis on safety, teamwork and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

  • 3–5+ years experience in manufacturing.
  • 3–5+ years proven leadership ability.
  • Ability to read and write in English to complete required documentation.
  • Experience with Oracle, Tableau and other metric based software.
  • Associate degree or equivalent experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Learn and apply employee coaching to develop Soft Line employees.
  • Assist in task assignment and communicate performance expectations.
  • Maintain records of performance, attendance, and hours.
  • Provide constructive feedback and participate in reviews.
  • Lead shift transitions and document shift activities.
  • Learn policy enforcement with the Soft Line Production Manager.
  • Assist in driving continuous improvement projects.
  • Maintain line efficiency and cover breaks as needed.
  • Monitor raw material and finished goods inventory."
  • Master core software systems: Oracle and Tableau; other company systems.
  • Enforce safety and SOP compliance, including LOTO and chemical handling.
  • Complete required training including First Aid/CPR/AED.

## Production Supervisor In-TrainingApply: Onsite: Le Sueur, MN: Full time: Posted Yesterday: R-103384**Job Description:**This position is responsible for learning all elements of the daily production and work activity of the soft line team. Hourly ranges are determined by role, level, and location. This position may be eligible for a 15% shift differential which would be applied to the base hourly rate for all hours worked during designated overnight shift periods.
