The role partners with Production, Quality, Supply Chain, and Engineering and requires 5+ years in manufacturing operations with a strong Lean/Six Sigma background. Onsite work with relocation support and full benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/OM/Business or related field.
• 5+ years in manufacturing operations.
• Experience managing projects in a production setting.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage operations-focused projects from initiation to closure.
• Collaborate with Production, Quality, Supply Chain, and Engineering.
• Monitor timelines, resources, budgets, and risk mitigation.
• Drive continuous improvement in manufacturing performance.
• Coach supervisors on DMD best practices.
