Job summary

BioTouch is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead the medical supplies/kitting division at our Columbus, GA facility. The role focuses on delivering results through clear expectations, production planning, monitoring, and performance appraisals.

Responsibilities include coaching and disciplining staff, enforcing company policies, and coordinating processes across all three shifts to ensure compliant operations and high-quality output.

As a key front-line leader for the facility in Columbus, GA responsibilities will include delivering results by communicating job expectations, production planning, monitoring, and appraising. Coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees as needed. Initiating, coordinating, and enforcing systems, policies, and procedures to the company standards. All three shifts available.
