Job summary

NOVO Health Services in Atlanta is seeking a hands-on Production Supervisor to lead daily production in a fast-paced laundry environment. You will supervise soil sorters, washers, and finishing staff, ensure safe, compliant operations, and keep workloads aligned with customer demand.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 3–5 years in manufacturing or production with supervisory duties.
• Experience in employee relations and team building.
• Ability to define performance measures and hold staff accountable.
• Strong analytical skills and basic computer knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Supervise soil sorters, washer and cart-washer operators, and clean-side staff to meet targets and safety rules.
• Schedule staff daily, assign tasks, and adjust to customer demand.
• Monitor CBWs, dryers, and washers to maximize productivity and washing performance.
• Partner with technicians to ensure proper loading, wash chemistry, and safety.
• Develop and train operators, set performance metrics, and address issues promptly.
